📅 Booking
How do I book a clean?+
Head to trycleanrelay.com/booking and fill out the booking form. Pick your service type, home size, any extras, your preferred date and time, and enter your payment info. The whole thing takes about 60 seconds. You'll get a confirmation email right away.
Do I need to be home during the clean?+
Nope. Most of our clients aren't home. You can leave a key, use a lockbox, or provide an entry code — whatever works for you. Just make sure access instructions are included when you book or in your account notes.
Can I schedule a recurring clean?+
Yes, and you'll save money doing it. We offer weekly (20% off), bi-weekly (15% off), and monthly (10% off) recurring options. You can set this up directly in the booking flow. Cancel or pause anytime — no contracts.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure availability. For same-day or next-day bookings, availability depends on our current schedule — you're welcome to try, but we can't always guarantee it.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule through your booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly. We just ask for at least 24 hours notice — late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a fee.

What's the difference between a Standard and Deep Clean?+

A Standard Clean is your regular recurring maintenance clean designed to keep a consistently maintained home looking and feeling fresh. Here's exactly what's included:

Kitchen

  • Wipe down all countertops and backsplash
  • Clean exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
  • Wipe down cabinet fronts
  • Clean and sanitize sink
  • Wipe stovetop surface and burner grates
  • Empty trash and replace liner

Bathrooms

  • Scrub and disinfect toilet (inside bowl, seat, lid, base, and handle)
  • Clean and shine sink and faucet
  • Scrub shower and/or tub surfaces
  • Wipe down mirrors
  • Clean countertops
  • Sweep and mop floor
  • Empty trash

Bedrooms & Living Areas

  • Dust all accessible surfaces (nightstands, dressers, shelves, TV stands)
  • Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures (within reach)
  • Wipe down light switches and door handles
  • Make beds and straighten linens (if linens are left out)
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs
  • Sweep and mop all hard floors
  • Empty trash in all rooms

A Standard Clean is best for homes that are cleaned regularly (every 1–4 weeks). If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, we recommend starting with a Deep Clean.

What's included in a Move-In / Move-Out Clean?+

Our Move-In/Move-Out clean is our most comprehensive service a true top-to-bottom pass of the entire property. "Top to bottom" means we work from the highest surfaces down to the floors in every single room so nothing gets re-contaminated. Here's exactly what's included:

Top (Ceilings & High Areas)

  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted and wiped
  • Cobwebs removed from all corners and ceiling edges
  • Air vents wiped down

Walls & Surfaces

  • Wall spot cleaning (scuffs, fingerprints, marks)
  • Light switches and outlet covers wiped
  • Door frames and doors wiped down
  • Window sills and tracks cleaned
  • Interior windows cleaned
  • Blinds wet wiped (not just dusted)
  • Baseboards scrubbed

Kitchen

  • Inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers wiped
  • Inside refrigerator cleaned and deodorized
  • Inside oven scrubbed (including racks)
  • Inside microwave cleaned
  • Countertops, backsplash, and sink fully sanitized
  • Stovetop and burners deep cleaned

Bathrooms

  • Grout scrubbed in shower and tub
  • Toilet fully disinfected inside and out
  • Inside medicine cabinet and vanity drawers wiped
  • Mirrors and chrome fixtures polished

Floors (Last- always done last)

  • All carpets vacuumed thoroughly including edges
  • All hard floors swept then mopped
  • Tile grout lines cleaned

This service is designed to pass a landlord walk-through or make a new home move-in ready. Pricing is based on home size get your exact quote at booking.

What exactly is included in a Deep Clean, what makes it different?+

A Deep Clean includes everything in a Standard Clean, plus all the areas that get skipped during regular maintenance. Think of it as resetting your home to a baseline level of clean. Here's what's extra compared to a Standard Clean:

What's Added on Top of Standard

  • Baseboards — hand wiped along every wall in every room
  • Door frames — top and sides wiped down
  • Interior windows — glass cleaned inside, sills and tracks wiped
  • Blinds — wet wiped slat by slat (not just dusted)
  • Inside the oven — racks removed, interior scrubbed
  • Inside the refrigerator — shelves and drawers removed and wiped
  • Inside the microwave — walls, ceiling, and turntable cleaned
  • Cabinet fronts and handles — wiped and degreased
  • Light switches and outlet covers — sanitized throughout
  • Ceiling fans — blades and housing wiped down
  • Behind and under furniture — vacuumed and mopped where accessible
  • Shower grout and tile — scrubbed not just wiped

We recommend starting with a Deep Clean if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last 4–6 weeks. After that, a Standard recurring clean keeps it maintained.

What does Space Organization include?+
Space Organization is about bringing order to areas that have gotten out of hand closets, pantries, home offices, garages, or any room that needs a reset. Your pro will sort, declutter, and arrange the space in a way that's functional and easy to maintain. Scope varies by room, so include details when booking.
Do your pros bring their own supplies and equipment?+
Yes. Our independent cleaning professionals arrive with their own supplies and equipment. If you have a preference for specific products (pet-safe, fragrance-free, etc.), just add a note when booking and they'll do their best to accommodate.
💳 Pricing
How is pricing calculated?+
Pricing is based on your number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the service type you select, and any add-ons. You'll see your exact price before you confirm no surprises at checkout.
When am I charged?+
Payment is collected at the time of booking through our secure checkout. We use Stripe for all transactions — your card info is never stored on our end.
Do you offer discounts for recurring bookings?+
Yes. Weekly bookings save 20%, bi-weekly saves 15%, and monthly saves 10%. Discounts are applied automatically when you select a recurring frequency during checkout.
What's your refund policy?+
If you're not satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right either a re-clean of the affected areas or a credit toward your next booking. We stand behind the work.

Clean Relay works with vetted independent cleaning professionals in the DFW area. Each pro goes through our onboarding process before being matched to bookings. They're experienced, professional, and take their work seriously your home is in good hands.
Can I request the same pro each time?+
We do our best to match you with the same pro for recurring bookings. Availability can vary, but consistency is something we prioritize. If you have a strong preference, let us know and we'll note it on your account.
What if I'm not happy with the pro assigned?+
Just reach out and let us know. We'll reassign you for your next booking no awkward conversations needed. Your comfort and satisfaction come first.
🔒 Trust & Safety
Is Clean Relay insured?+
Yes. Clean Relay carries general liability insurance. For B2B partners who need proof of insurance as part of a service agreement, we can provide documentation upon request.
Is my payment information secure?+
All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card details everything is handled securely through Stripe's platform.
What happens if something is damaged during a clean?+
Contact us immediately with details and photos. We take damage claims seriously and will work with you to resolve the situation. Our liability coverage exists for situations like this.

Do you work with property managers or STR operators?+
Yes, this is a big part of what we do. We have a dedicated B2B partnership program for property managers, short-term rental operators, real estate brokers, and corporate relocation firms. Visit our Business page to learn more and submit an inquiry.
Do you offer net-30 invoicing for business accounts?+
Yes. B2B partners can be set up with net-15 or net-30 invoicing as part of a signed service agreement. This is handled outside of the standard booking flow reach out through the Business page to get started.
